Tammy Barker introduced Ben and local chefs Jimmy Shu of Hanuman, Brad Nascone of Olano’s and Leon Walker of Wink.

Palate to Palette – An art exhibition on a theme of Food.

From the sensory experience of taste buds, our palate is lead on a journey through all the colours and expressions of an artist’s palette.
The Visual Arts Association FNQ brings together a mixture of ingredients that make up a recipe for a menu of luscious and tempting artistic delights in an exhibition of tropical foods of the region.  A Taste of Paradise

Marion Grasby & Local Chefs – Cooking it up at The Pier

Marion Grasby former contestant of MasterChef series 2 joined local chefs Jason Chuck of Eden House Retreat in Yungaburra, Nick Holloway of NuNu  at Palm Cove, Jimmy Shu of Hanuman Restaurant at the Hilton, and David Bres of Olivers Fine Food, Cairns to cook some of the regions great seafood and tropical ingredients.
